Role Overview
The Print Specialist operates and maintains print production equipment while ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate vinyl/laser cutter, heat press, DTF transfer system, and embroidery machine
- Prepare files, set up jobs, and manage print production runs
- Perform quality control and basic equipment maintenance
- Track orders, materials, and production timelines
- Support training of program participants as appropriate
Qualifications
- Experience with print production or fabrication equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to follow production specs and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a production environment
- Justice-impacted applicants encouraged; training provided
