Fresh Start Rental Assistance (FSRA)
This Fresh Start Rental Assistance Program offers a comprehensive and practical approach of support for eligible individuals striving to gain and maintain their stability.
We provide:
- Move-in assistance, covering Deposit and First month
- Temporary Rental assistance
- Eviction prevention
Requirements:
- Verifiable income
- Verifiable qualified Opioid Use diagnosis (SUDs is not covered under this program)
- Verified current and active recovery program participation, counseling and or MATs participation.
- Eviction Notice (existing renters must have a current eviction notice)
- Currently Precariously Housed
Appointment Requests
- This program operates on a first come, first served basis.
- Due to high demand, we are unable to offer a wait list.
- Appointments are limited each month. Once slots are filled, the request form will close until the following month (1st of the month).
- Please ensure all program prerequisites are met prior to reaching out.
