HOUSE MANAGER - NM SHARED LIVING

NM Shared Living LLC is hiring a House Manager to oversee daily operations and resident engagement across supportive and sober living homes.


Role Overview

The House Manager ensures housing stability, safety, accountability, and consistent standards across multiple residences.


Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee daily house operations and enforce standards 
  • Support resident accountability and engagement
  • Coordinate move-ins, exits, inspections, and documentation
  • Respond to incidents and support conflict resolution
  • Serve as primary point of contact for residents and partners
     

Qualifications


  • Experience in housing, sober living, or case management
  • Strong leadership, boundaries, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage challenging situations professionally
  • Reliable transportation and flexible availability
  • Lived experience related to recovery or reentry welcomed


- 1099 Contract 

- Santa Fe Office 

- $1500.00 Monthly Contracted Rate
