The House Manager ensures housing stability, safety, accountability, and consistent standards across multiple residences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily house operations and enforce standards
- Support resident accountability and engagement
- Coordinate move-ins, exits, inspections, and documentation
- Respond to incidents and support conflict resolution
- Serve as primary point of contact for residents and partners
Qualifications
- Experience in housing, sober living, or case management
- Strong leadership, boundaries, and communication skills
- Ability to manage challenging situations professionally
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Lived experience related to recovery or reentry welcomed
- 1099 Contract

- $1500.00 Monthly Contracted Rate
