Housing Programs

This Fresh Start Rental Assistance program offers a comprehensive and practical approach of support for eligible individuals striving to gain and maintain their stability. 

We provide:

• Move-in assistance, covering Deposit and First month
• Rental assistance
• Eviction prevention
• Utility assistance / disconnection avoidance and connection fees

Requirements:

• Verifiable income
• Verifiable qualified Opioid Use diagnosis (SUDs is not covered under this program)
• Verifiable current recovery program, canceling and or MATs participation. 
• Eviction Notice (existing renters must have a current eviction notice)

* Due to high volume of interest - We will begin taking new applications Mid July, Early Aug 2025
