Community Celebration: Honoring the Caregivers Who Never Stopped Showing Up.

This September, during National Recovery Month, New Mexico Reentry Center is collecting essential household items and celebrating the grandparents and kinship caregivers who are raising the next generation. Every donation helps strengthen a family.

Grandparents across New Mexico are unexpectedly raising grandchildren due to:

  • Substance use disorders
  • Mental health challenges
  • Incarceration
  • Military deployment
  • Family crises

Many are living on fixed incomes while suddenly providing food, clothing, school supplies, hygiene products, transportation, and emotional support.

Your donation helps ease that burden.
